- Train and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and functions, such as banquets and weddings.
- 2+ years of experience as a sous chef or equivalent position in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Proven track record of success in leading and managing a kitchen team, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
