Overview:

CLevelCrossing is seeking a Strategic Leader to spearhead the integration and coordination of Support Services, ensuring seamless campus operations. The ideal candidate will direct and lead teams in Clinical Components, Corporate/Support components, and foster a culture of financial accountability.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Executive Director Support Services and CAO who will lead the campus business, financial planning, and reporting activities. This key role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and lead the integration and coordination of Support Services, including Clinical Components and Corporate/Support components.
  • Lead campus business, financial planning, and reporting activities, fostering a culture of financial accountability.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the COO and senior leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA) or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of senior administrative director experience or equivalent position.
  • Experience with health care, accounting, MIS reporting, and health sector policies, procedures & reporting guidelines.
  • Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Access.
