About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist to join our team at McMillan. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with our lawyers and business development team to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with our firm's goals and objectives.
  • Manage Pricing Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data to inform our pricing strategies and ensure we are competitive in the market.
  • Support Lawyer Development: Work closely with our lawyers to develop and implement pricing models that meet their needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Implement Pricing Tools: Develop and implement pricing tools and systems to streamline our pricing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide Business Intelligence: Provide business intelligence and insights to our lawyers and business development team to inform their pricing decisions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in pricing and revenue management.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a pricing or revenue management role, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization.
  • Education: Relevant university degree or diploma.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Excel and other business tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of our firm's internal affairs and client information.
