About the Opportunity

**InnVest Hotels** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue Optimization department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing and revenue decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers and Regional Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue management strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue management data, including rate positioning, inventory control, and forecasting.
  • Develop and present regular revenue management reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve revenue management processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior revenue management role, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven revenue strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel teams, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with revenue management software and systems.
  • Ability to travel as required, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
