About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Representative to join our team at GAF. As a Field Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our commercial and residential roofing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough roof inspections, including leak and complaint inspections, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections and provide timely reports.
  • Prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Complete commercial and residential roof inspections, including start-ups, interims, and finals, as well as leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of construction and/or roofing experience, with a strong background in commercial and residential roofing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive knowledge and proven ability with Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
