Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and promoting our home solutions to prospective customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door customer relationship building to promote Leaf Home products and services.
  • Cover assigned territory during scheduled shifts to meet with prospective customers and introduce our product offerings.
  • Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
  • Report daily results to field management and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work outside in varying climates and adapt to changing weather conditions.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Travel Requirements

  • Local travel required to cover assigned territory.

Physical Requirements

  • Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
  • Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
  • Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
