About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Claims Representative II to join our team in the Greater Vancouver area. This role will involve investigating complex commercial and personal lines property claims in a timely and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess damage
  • Document claim files by meeting with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze information, interpret insurance policy wording, and determine coverage
  • Negotiate with customers, claimants, and insurers to settle claims
  • Stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry developments
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of property claims experience, preferably as a field adjuster
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Strong technology skills and experience with Xactanalysis and Xactimate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
