Senior Claims Field Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Field Representative to join our dynamic team at Northbridge Financial Corporation.
About the Role:As a Senior Claims Field Representative, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling moderate and complex claims in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough investigations of personal and commercial claims
- Capture the scope of damages to settle claims
- Review policies and technical reports to make informed decisions
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and vendors
- Manage a busy schedule and prioritize tasks effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
- Working towards the CIP designation
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a commercial liability insurance field claims adjuster
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Ability to work after hours and weekends during scheduled on-call rotation
- Availability to travel as needed
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000
