Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and promoting our home solutions to prospective customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-door customer relationship building to promote Leaf Home products and services.
- Cover assigned territory during scheduled shifts to meet with prospective customers and introduce our product offerings.
- Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
- Report daily results to field management and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work outside in varying climates and adapt to changing weather conditions.
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
Travel Requirements
- Local travel required to cover assigned territory.
Physical Requirements
- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
- Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
- Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
