Role Overview

Arc’teryx is a leading outdoor apparel and equipment company seeking an experienced Director, Global Brand Management to drive strategic growth and brand evolution.

Salary

$146,000 - $182,000 per annum (CAD), competitive bonus program, and benefits.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader with expertise in global brand management to develop and execute integrated strategies across our marketing, product design, and merchandising teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working in globally matrixed organizations, a deep understanding of key market needs, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic integration across diverse teams to deliver world-class brand campaigns and experiences.
  • Develop and implement annual and seasonal brand strategies that align with Arc’teryx’s vision and values.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth.
  • Cultivate close partnerships with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maximize collaboration and influence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in leading strategic functions for global apparel and/or footwear brands.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex matrix business environments.
  • Deep understanding of the outdoor industry, technical outdoor products, and mountain athlete performance.
