Job Title: Director, Global Brand Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director, Global Brand Management. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global brand strategies, driving business growth, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global brand strategies that align with the company's mission and vision
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and open communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the outdoor industry, consumer trends, and competitor analysis
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a global apparel or footwear brand
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Salary Range:

$146,000 - $182,000 per year (CAD)
