We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Office Coordinator to join our team at Metro Shuttle Services.

About the Role

As a Chief Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, overseeing payroll administration, arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations.

You will also be responsible for greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, as well as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

  • Proven experience in office administration and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in office administration

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
