About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train our sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock ordering, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including the maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking and air-conditioned.
  • Work Setting: Retail business and vape shop.
  • Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract) and public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, dependability, and initiative.
