Position Overview

As a Sales Supervisor at MAPLE STORE INC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help drive sales and maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based in a retail service establishment, where you will engage directly with customers and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales staff.
  • Authorize payments and manage transactions.
  • Order and manage inventory effectively.
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Drive sales by actively selling merchandise.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of approximately 3-4 sales associates.

Work Conditions
