Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order necessary materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative or office operations role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
