Office Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release
- Assist with budget preparation and inventory management
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office procedures

- Awareness training for a welcoming work environment
