Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Connecting Dots - Innisfail. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skillset: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Setting: Our office is located in a rural area, and public transportation is not available.
- Salary**: $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
