Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Community Care to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to patients across Ontario. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of our community care programs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement effective program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Client-Centered Care: Ensure patient-centered care practices, promoting dignity, respect, and empowerment throughout all interactions.
- Quality Improvement: Implement quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and driving continuous growth and development.
- Community Partnerships: Foster strategic partnerships with local health authorities, community organizations, and other stakeholders to advance shared goals and interests.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, financial analysis, and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, maintaining a high level of governance and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within healthcare or related industries.
- Community Care Expertise: In-depth knowledge of community care principles, practices, and policies.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and transformation.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial management and budget planning.
- Certifications and Designations: Relevant certifications, designations, or degrees in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
Benefits and Salary:
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, a pension plan, and generous time-off provisions.
