Senior Business Development Strategist

PSC Group, LLC (CANADA) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Strategist to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Canadian market.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research & Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
- New Business Acquisition: Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business development strategies and objectives.
- Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
