Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Real Estate Strategist. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for fostering new sales opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving business growth through innovative lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue high-quality leads through advanced social media platforms and proprietary tools.
- Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to enhance our company's reputation and attract targeted connections.
- Optimize client meeting scheduling and travel arrangements to maximize productivity.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in all business interactions.
- Collaborate with our team to showcase New Street's resources and expertise during the sales process.
- Demonstrate exceptional integrity and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate qualified business leads from initial contact to successful conversion through strategic touchpoints and our custom Pilot Software.
- Analyze market trends and develop comprehensive sales strategies for prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling presentations and market updates by synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and emerging trends to drive business growth.
- Contribute to team marketing efforts by authoring engaging content.
- Participate in regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive concept development.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate or a related field, or participation in our 6-month training/shadowing program.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to drive high-level client strategies and innovative concepts.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
- Attention to detail, project management, and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Presentation experience and confidence in communicating complex ideas to various audiences.
