Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive our growth in the Canadian market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Align business development strategies with senior management's objectives and provide regular reports on market conditions, sales progress, and business development activities.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
