Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assign tasks and duties to team members based on their strengths and areas of expertise.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments and manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.


Requirements


  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Proficient in English language.
