As a vital member of our team at CANCO, the Sales Supervisor will oversee the sales staff, driving our revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead by example and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assign tasks and duties to team members based on their strengths and areas of expertise.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments and manage the sales budget effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
- Proficient in English language.
