About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Canlan Sports. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Configure and Troubleshoot: Set up and troubleshoot computer equipment, networks, and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates, to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
