Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cartika Internet Solutions Provider Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our software and systems.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions and processes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and sound discrimination.
