Head of Growth and Expansion

Ascend Fundraising Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the expansion of our lottery products across Canada. As the Head of Growth and Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic growth plan to capture a significant share of the $10 billion+ Canadian lottery market.
With a proven track record in B2C growth leadership, you will leverage your expertise in data-driven experimentation, channel expertise, and customer journey optimization to drive revenue growth and increase top-line lottery revenue. Your mission will be to build and scale a high-performing growth function, starting with a Growth Lead, and work closely with a central Marketing team to align on budget, targets, and stakeholder feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to capture a significant share of the Canadian lottery market
- Lead the expansion of our lottery products across Canada, including Split the Pot and other innovative offerings
- Build and scale a high-performing growth function, starting with a Growth Lead
- Work closely with a central Marketing team to align on budget, targets, and stakeholder feedback
- Drive core messaging and offers into each respective market
- Find new opportunities for growth by analyzing data and working with channel leads
