About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director of Customer Growth Expansion to lead our Account Management team in North America. This individual will be responsible for driving customer success, minimizing risk, and fostering revenue growth while enhancing the team's skills and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of the Account Management team for North America
  • Over-deliver on Net New MRR (monthly recurring revenue) targets, retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Iterate existing successful global processes, support the creation of local processes and work with the local teams to adapt and deliver world-class sales expansion and account management experiences
  • Support Sales operating performance across North America
  • Own Account Management operating performance across North America including retention and expansion
  • Work closely with corporate headquarters development, operations and product management teams to convey evolving customer requirements, handle technical and operations requests and act as a manager for the teams that both champion and guide our customers in their deployment of our technologies
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to deliver Dext's world-class Customer journey
  • Identify points of risk and opportunity to drive retention and increase sales
  • Analyze customer data to generate insights and performance reports. Use this data to provide recommendations on strategies for maximizing revenue
  • Advocate for customer needs/issues across departments (Marketing, Product)
  • Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success
  • Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and guidance
  • Foster a high-performance culture through KPI tracking, motivation, and clear objectives
About You

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Manager in Sales or Account Management, strong skills in coaching and developing talent, and a solid understanding of commercial acumen.
