Head of Growth Acquisition

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth acquisition efforts in Canada. As the Head of Growth Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive exponential growth for Airwallex in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with commercial and strategy leaders to drive growth initiatives that involve all aspects of the customer lifecycle
- Leverage your expertise in building multi-functional, multi-channel customer acquisition operations
- Help define the key verticals, positioning, and value proposition of our products to drive growth
- Partner with Americas and Global Marketing to strategize and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns
- Build channel partnerships with local vendors
- Work closely with other regions and the global Product team to build the right user experience and tools to continue to drive exponential growth
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in go-to-market teams, with 5 years of managing go-to-market teams of at least 10 people
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Creativity and data-driven approach to growth strategies
