Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Ingredion Canada Corporation. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our maintenance and operations groups, ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and operations groups, including process studies, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the plant safety professional and plant staff to design and implement facility safety initiatives.
  • Analyze historical data to identify key operating parameters and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute projects as necessary, including budgeting, construction, and training personnel.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings and procedures.
  • Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement problem-solving projects to enhance plant performance.
  • Coach and mentor plant teams and individuals to ensure successful completion of IPS implementation and CI activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Chemical, Industrial, or Food Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in Process/Production Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis and PC literate.
  • Well-organized and team-oriented with project management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work with various stakeholders.
