Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and scale innovative chemical engineering processes from lab to commercial scale.
  • Manage input preparation, product, and side streams to optimize process efficiency.

Requirements
  • Registered Chemical Engineer status, with a strong ability to develop and scale processes.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a solid understanding of theoretical and practical chemistry.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and assertively when necessary.
  • A well-funded start-up background, adaptable and proactive, with a strong ability to challenge assumptions and apply chemical principles innovatively.
  • Background in innovation within the oil and gas or petrochemical sectors, with crucial research experience for pioneering new processes.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • A hybrid work arrangement, with in-office work for the first 6-12 months and remote work thereafter.
