Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Development Engineer to join our client's team as their VP of Engineering and Innovation. This is a unique opportunity to work with a clean technology company that is revolutionizing the world of plastics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and scale innovative chemical engineering processes from lab to commercial scale.
  • Manage input preparation, product, and side streams to optimize process efficiency.
  • Integrate processes into plant design and oversee the design and construction of installations.
  • Lead a team of experts in separate locations and build strong relationships with team members to align towards shared goals.
  • Contribute to the executive team's growth strategies and develop and execute the technological strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Registered Chemical Engineer status.
  • Proven experience in process engineering with a strong ability to develop and scale processes.
  • Proficiency in theoretical and practical chemistry, with a solid understanding of their applications in new process development.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and assertively when necessary.
