About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to the diverse tastes of our guests.

Chef Supervision

Lead and motivate a team of cooks to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education and Certifications

A Safe Food Handling certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
