About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Quality Control

Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
