About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer support specialist to join our team at goeasy. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our partners across Canada, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and products to provide accurate and informed support to our partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our partners.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an inbound customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Full-time availability in our Pickering, ON head office.
