About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local restaurants and promoting our restaurant platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build relationships with local restaurants to promote our platform
  • Conduct demos and develop customized solutions to meet the needs of each restaurant
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our platform
  • Manage sales activities and leverage Salesforce to track progress
  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to position Toast as a leader in the market

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

What We Offer:

We strive to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes a base salary, commission, and eligibility for equity and other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions, and the starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
