We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team at Tactilerobotics, focusing on Digital Health Education Tools in Winnipeg, MB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective territory strategy to improve sales and increase market share for all Digital Health product lines.
  • Deliver on sales targets.
  • Maintain market and account analysis models.
  • Implement sales programs in conjunction with marketing communication, clinical, education, and training.
  • Assist with the execution of dental education programs.
  • Train and educate relevant dental colleges on products.
  • Report all market, account, competitive information, and trends.
  • Plan and prepare sales and expense forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Life-Science, Biology, or Business Admin), or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience managing a sales territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools and account management systems/processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with dental professors, dental students, dentists, administrative stakeholders, and across organizational boundaries.
  • Valid Driver's License.
