Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical support.

The Client Success Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as providing feedback to the management team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
