We are looking for a high-integrity professional to join our corporate office team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for building high-performing teams through spotting and attracting top talent for Lifemark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Researching: Source candidates using proven techniques and knowledge of the talent market to develop full-cycle recruitment plans for corporate offices.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive, and equitable candidate experience. Conduct telephone screenings & video interviews; create attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites; job offer creation, new-hire set-up, and onboarding.
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through an efficient recruitment process that results in the hiring of the best available talent providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Weekly Reporting: Run reporting, metrics, and recruitment analytics that facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization. Strong sourcing and research skills, proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, and completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related discipline are assets.
