Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist for Financial Innovation
Location: Canada (Remote work options available)
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels. Your primary goal will be to find exceptional candidates who share our values and passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies
- Create compelling job descriptions that showcase the unique aspects of each role
- Source and attract top talent through creative methods, including social media, professional networks, and targeted advertising
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process
- Evaluate and interview candidates, using your expertise to assess their technical skills, fit, and potential for success within our organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires
- A deep understanding of the SaaS/tech industry and its nuances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on quality over quantity
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think critically and strategically
