This exciting role offers an opportunity to work with top financial clients, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent strategies, managing all aspects of the recruitment process, and advising business leads on talent market gaps.

We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with 3+ years of experience in external markets, strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with applicant tracking systems. Additionally, your expertise in sourcing mid-to-senior level positions and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent is essential.

As a key member of our TA team, you will be equipped to actively promote our client's employment value proposition through the use of HR technology and social tools. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and HR teams, as well as maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting, is crucial in driving recruitment activities and consulting with hiring managers.

A competitive estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
