Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials
    • Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are working efficiently and effectively
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients are ordered and received in a timely manner
    • Monitor and control food costs
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety
    • Implement and maintain food safety protocols
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language and Communication
    • English language proficiency
