About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Nai Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menus, specials, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high-quality food standards and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
