About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Ecommerce Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for aiding in the development and execution of our e-commerce and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as site traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Identify target customer segments, key messaging, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the launch are executed effectively and on time.
  • Work closely with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and launch timelines.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Use data and insights to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize launch plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to improve site navigation, product discovery, and checkout processes.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and optimize the website navigation to enhance the discovery, browse and shopping/conversion experience.
  • Partner with Ecommerce platform manager and developer to evolve on-site features and functionality, including through site optimization and testing.
  • Develop and manage on-site content calendar to drive product and category sales results, support brand awareness and enhance brand perception.
  • Develop and manage on-site promotional and events calendar to drive sales and support marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Creative and Content team to develop storytelling and creative assets for the Ecommerce channel, including newsletters and SMS.
  • Partner with Marketing and Social Media team to ensure degree integration of online/offline campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal & external teams to create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms.
  • Curate and manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Plan and implement product promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Enhance the online shopping experience by creating engaging and user-friendly product pages and category layouts.
  • Work with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Utilize ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and content management systems to manage and optimize online merchandising.
  • Manage the product catalog and inventory to ensure timely and accurate product activation.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product selection and forecasting.
  • Analyze sales performance and profitability of product assortments.
  • Coordinate with the wholesale team to align product promotions and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Grow and maintain the email and SMS subscriber base through various acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email and SMS campaigns to determine the most effective strategies and content.
  • Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in commerce, marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years' combined digital and e-commerce experience with a fashion brand.
  • Significant experience working with digital marketing platforms and analytics and/or with third-party digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of BUGATCHI brand and the competitive landscape.
  • Possesses a keen affinity for growing and scaling significant e-commerce business.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
  • Strong experience with Shopify Plus and Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized, self-starter with strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, creative and adaptive work style.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding of the principles of marketing, advertising, promotional and digital content.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
