Reporting to the IT Director Data Architecture & Transformation, the **IT Project Manager, Business Solutions **will be directly involved in all aspects of the digital transformation projects and responsible to coordinate all activities by working closely with all corporate internal stakeholders and external solution providers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist management in the RFP process to ensure the right vendors are selected for each project, with the right scope of work.
- Oversee requirements of the solution designs, track budgets, timelines and quality.
- Work with business units, IT Applications, IT Infrastructure Teams and sometimes solution integrators (vendors) to implement the projects.
- Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status adequately to sponsors and management as required.
- Escalate key issues as needed and leverage executive steering committee to help remove obstacles.
- Support Change Management which is a key component to project success.
- Coach and guide members of internal team to deliver tasks successfully.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Analytical problem-solving skills, employing a balance of best practices, creativity and critical thinking skills needed to foresee potential issues and risks, implement preventative measures and drive course-correction collaboratively with project teams.
- Background IT project management to make technical decisions, understand trade-offs and spot risks.
- Resourceful self-starter able to work with mínimal supervision, deal with ambiguity and contribute to project delivery best practices.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences, as needed and deal with the foreign divisions and worldwide stakeholders.
- A positive team player with excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of ERP, PIM, DAM, ecommerce platform, Power BI or SQL Reporting Services systems (an asset)

**Education and Experience**
- 5 years experience and solid track record delivering IT Projects focused on software implementation, including upgrades and replacements.
- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or any other degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in IT Consulting Services or System Implementation, Business Analytics, Data Science would be a strong asset.

Relevant du directeur informatique, architecture de données et transformation, le/la **Chargé(e) de projet, technologies de l’information, solutions d'affaires** sera directement impliqué dans tous les aspects des projets de transformation numérique et responsable de coordonner toutes les activités en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes internes de l'entreprise et les fournisseurs de solutions externes.

**Responsabilités**:

- Aider la direction dans le processus d'appel d'offres pour garantir que les bons fournisseurs sont sélectionnés pour chaque projet, avec la bonne portée de travail.
- Superviser les exigences des conceptions des solutions, suivre les budgets, les délais et la qualité.
- Travailler avec les unités d’affaires, les équipes informatiques et parfois les intégrateurs de solutions (fournisseurs) pour mettre en œuvre les projets.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal et communiquer adéquatement l'état du projet aux commanditaires et à la direction, selon les besoins.
