Job Overview

As an E-commerce Account Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for managing established accounts, primarily focusing on U.S. retailers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed sales analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Crafting compelling product proposals to showcase our products and services.
  • Overseeing the entire product life cycle, from development to launch and beyond.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role. While prior experience in e-commerce or merchandising is preferred, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous product or merchandising experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Excel.
  • Outstanding report-writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and proactively address challenges.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Experience
