Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description: As a Senior Talent Management Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive global talent management strategies and processes to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in a Talent Management or similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and/or Cornerstone is considered an asset.
