Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, labor relations, and performance management. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates and build a diverse pipeline of talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on labor relations, collective bargaining, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist role, with expertise in talent acquisition, labor relations, and performance management.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable HR legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
