Training Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for training scheduling and registration process, and the liaison with the sector admin representative to assure all of the sectors end users are registered for the correct training sessions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience as a Training Coordinator on projects, strong Excel experience, working with formulas and pivot tables, strong organization skills, strong SharePoint skills, MS Teams and Outlook knowledge and experience, and excellent communication skills.
Additional qualifications include being a team player able to communicate effectively in diverse teams, detail oriented with experience in fast paced projects, and ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
