Job Summary

The Support Specialist plays a crucial role in organizing and implementing various responsibilities related to the flow of training materials, services, and associated information. This includes supporting program planning activities, consultation with project leadership, and preparation of documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support program planning activities and consultation with project leadership
  • BNH Advisor data entry, data organization, and data maintenance
  • Drafting standards documents and instructional design and development job aids
  • Supporting quality assurance and standards enforcement
  • Attending customer meetings and training sites as needed

Requirements

  • Experience with ADDIE and related training program development activities
  • Previous experience on Canadian Military Training Programs
  • Experience developing and documenting writing standards and courseware best practices
  • Experience reviewing and validating instructional content against standards
  • Experience organizing data and/or data entry
  • Professional degree in a single discipline (education, instructional design, or other relevant field is considered an asset)
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance with access to NATO secret documents and adherence to ITAR requirements
  • Fluent in English
