Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Policy Division, you will lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that support the skill development of our staff.

You will guide all aspects of the development and delivery of our training programs, including needs assessments, course design and development, implementation, and program evaluation and review. You will also lead departmental teams on a wide range of training programs and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to facilitate meetings for various work units within our organization and work independently using sound judgment. You will possess an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, graphics, and presentation software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of training for adult learners, including e-learning training material
  • Conducting research and providing advice regarding training issues
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
