We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in downtown Vancouver. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to leverage their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This position involves engaging with recruitment decision-makers at small to large enterprises, recommending suitable solutions from our offerings, and building strong client relationships for repeat business and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospects through multitouch approaches while meeting sales/KPI targets
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand recruitment goals and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Manage pricing discussions, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Lead qualified software demos with product specialists
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs

Requirements:

  • Proven successful sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Solutions-focused sales strategy that meets clients' needs
  • Ability to influence and balance client expectations
  • Optimistic and energetic personality with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction

A competitive annual salary of $70K plus UNCAPPED commissions, as well as an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and RRSP matching.
